Let me say thank you for visiting
my website. My name is Nancy Freeman and this is my dream come true.
For many years I have had the desire to have a catering company.
Dabbling here and there with parties for friends and family, it didn’t
seem like work and was a rewarding experience.
I took time to research to see what
the competition had to offer. With that knowledge, I put together what
I feel are great menus that will fit most any party or occasion.
Feeling confident with myself, and the task ahead of me, I made the
decision to start Puffs, Platters & Pastries. Coming from a family of
50 plus, every holiday is a major party. So cooking in volume is second
nature.
I am no stranger to hard work after
having a flooring business for the past 17 years. There I did sales and
installations. Yes, I installed all types of flooring, carpet, ceramic
tile & hardwood. I enjoyed the flooring business. It gave me a place
to be creative with the flooring designs. It gave me years of learning
how to deal with people. It gave me many rewards in satisfied customers
who called me back again and again. I will miss the friends that I have
made over the years while working in the flooring industry. But, it’s
time to move onto something less strenuous. Though catering is hard
work too, I’m ready for a change.

party “a dream come true”.
